Custom Orders

Due to the custom nature of our Thoubs, we have specific policies regarding returns and refunds:

• Measurement Issues: If the Thoub doesn't fit due to our measurement error, we will provide alterations or a replacement free of charge.
• Quality Issues: Full refund or replacement for any quality-related issues within 7 days of delivery.
• Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled with full refund before cutting the fabric.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days through the original payment method.
